QUALIFY
- Retailer Stay to Play packages are limited to current PCA Retail members.
- Retailers must book at least 3 nights through the PCA23 Retailer Room Block.
- Must be a current PCA member in good standing with 2023 member dues paid in
full prior to Trade Show. - Name on hotel booking must match name on trade show badge registration and
include your company name on reservation. - 1 package per room. If sharing a room, only the person with their name on the room will receive the package.
- 1 package per person. If you book multiple rooms in your name, you will receive 1 stay to play package total. If booking for multiple people, ensure their name
and correct company name are on listed on the reservation. - All who qualify for Stay to Play packages will be notified via email by June 14th or
when packages are filled up, whichever occurs first.

The first 500 people that sign up for Stay and Play get a gift card good for concessions available on the show floor.

PRIORITY POINTS
1 room night = 1 point toward your 2024 booth selection. Hotel rooms must be booked by June 3, 2023. Note: If hotel rooms are canceled after June 3, 2023, all corresponding priority points will be forfeited.
LOCK IN YOUR
EXHIBITOR RATES
Your 2023 Exhibitor Rates will be locked in and carry over to the 2024 PCA Trade Show.
