Bulk Badge Concierge Service

New for 2027, Gold-level sponsors will automatically receive the Bulk Badge Concierge Service as part of their sponsorship package, a $500 value.

Through this service, PCA staff will print exhibitor badges in advance and have them ready for pickup upon arrival at a dedicated kiosk within the Exhibitor Registration area. This service will save valuable time onsite and streamline the check-in process for exhibiting companies.

The Bulk Badge Concierge Service is also available for purchase by any exhibitor, sponsor, or non-sponsor for $500. To participate, all payment and badge information must be submitted by February 28, 2027.

Exhibitor and Attendee List Distribution

As always, all sponsors will automatically receive the Exhibitor and Attendee List Distribution before and after the trade show as part of their sponsorship package, a $750 value.

New for 2027, exhibitors who are not sponsors may purchase the Exhibitor and Attendee List Distribution for $750 to receive the list prior to the trade show. To participate, payment must be received by February 28, 2027.

All exhibitors will receive the Exhibitor and Attendee List Distribution following the conclusion of the trade show at no additional cost.
