These solicitations are not affiliated with the International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association or the PCA Trade Show 2025, and any attendee lists or other services they offer have not been authorized by PCA.
If you receive an email offering attendee lists or services related to PCA Trade Show 2025 from any sender other than those ending in premiumcigars.org, please do not click any links or respond, and forward the email to [email protected].

Exhibit space
Exhibit space is available for rent by the square foot in increments of 100 square feet and is priced on a sliding scale based on the number of square feet rented as follows:
$27.77 per square foot for 100-999 square feet
$26.46 per square foot for 1000-1,499 square feet
$23.89 per square foot for 1,500-3,999 square feet
$21.32 per square foot for 4,000+ square feet
Corner Charges: For each additional corner that faces two aisles an additional fee of $200 will be assessed; a peninsula end is $400, an island is $800.
Once a booth has been selected and assigned, a booth contract must be signed, and a 50% deposit is required to secure the booth. Final payment on remaining balance of the booth is due December 1, 2024.
