Submit your booth to PCA. Email your booth structure with dimensions and diagrams to boothapproval@premiumcigars.org for show management approval.

Please note – You do NOT need to submit insurance for the PCA Trade Show as show management is securing for each booth.

OTP Licenses are a requirement since we are back in Las Vegas.

Exhibit Space

Exhibit space is available for rent by the square foot in increments of 100 square feet and is priced on a sliding scale based on the number of square feet rented as follows:

$28.60 per square foot for 100-999 square feet
$27.25 per square foot for 1000-1,499 square feet
$24.61 per square foot for 1,500-3,999 square feet
$21.96 per square foot for 4,000+ square feet

Corner Charges: For each additional corner that faces two aisles an additional fee of $200 will be assessed; a peninsula end is $400, an island is $800.

Once a booth has been selected and assigned, a booth contract must be signed, and a 50% deposit is required to secure the booth. Final payment on the remaining balance of the booth is due December 1, 2026. If payment is not made by Januaary 1, 2027 a 5% late payment fee will be assessed each month the payment remains unpaid. All booth space purchased as Final Sale and is not eligible for refund, return, exchange or credit without exception.

otp license requirements

A company that is not licensed with the Nevada Department of Taxation to sell or distribute the products they intend to bring, including cigarettes, other tobacco products, or CBD products; components meaning any product intended exclusively or primarily to be used for nicotine consumption, are required to complete an application. The company must be licensed for what they are bringing (i.e., cigarette manufacturer wants to bring cigarettes that are already on the Nevada Tobacco Directory would not need to apply. If the cigarette manufacturer wishes to sell and distribute pipe tobacco, they would have to apply for an Event Specific OTP Wholesale Dealer’s License).

The State of Nevada Department of Taxation requires all exhibitors distributing cigarettes or Other Tobacco Products (OTP) to apply for an Event Specific Tobacco License. This application is free and takes 30 days to process. You must complete and submit your application directly to the Nevada Department of Taxation by Feb 1, 2027 to ensure there is plenty of time for review. Contact Details are below for your reference.

STEP 2

Submit Completed Application by Feb 1, 2027 to TaxationAdminMSA@tax.state.nv.us (be sure to CC lisa@premiumcigars.org on your application so we can assist if you encounter any issues).

Please note – The Department has waived the requirement to enclose sample pictures of packaging for each brand.

Approximately 30 days after your application is submitted, you will receive your license via email. Temporary business licenses must be displayed in your booth at the show.

Please Be Mindful and Comply With the Following

Application MUST be completed by an authorized owner/officer of the company.
Application MUST list each individual brand name that you plan to have onsite at the show.
For cigars: you must provide your best estimate of the number of cigars you will have onsite for each brand. This includes number of boxes and count per box.
For pipe/loose tobacco: you must include the number of bags or containers and the total number of ounces or pounds per container.
Anything not listed on the application that is displayed or distributed at the show is considered contraband and may be subject to seizure.
