We encourage all participants to arrive at least one day in advance of the trade show to ensure you maximize your time. Exhibitors who will be setting up earlier in the week should arrive at least one day before your scheduled set up begins.

To make the most of your expo experience, we recommend booking your stay through the host hotel (The Venetian Resort) using the PCA Room Block. This will not only increase your cost-savings, but also give you the best access to the trade show and keep you close to everyone you are coming to meet. When you opt to stay at the Venetian, you won’t even need to leave the hotel to get to the Trade Show! AND with the majority of participants staying on site, you’re bound to run into everyone on and off the trade show floor!

Please be advised: PCA is the only party authorized to notify members about our PCA23 Room Block. PCA does not contract with any outside agencies to offer special deals or discounts.

We have received complaints that unaffiliated companies have contacted attendees and exhibitors offering discounted hotel reservations. These offers are scams and should be treated as such.

The only legitimate emails for PCA23 lodging will come directly from the PCA. Please read our Phishing Scams Advisory Notice for more information.

The PCA23 room block will close June 3, 2023.

Room reservations made prior to the cut-off date will be confirmed at the discounted group rate of $224 per night not including taxes or resort fees. Group rates are subject to availability and may not be available as we get closer to the Trade Show. We strongly encourage booking your hotel rooms as early as possible, as rooms and rates are based on hotel availability and may not be available as we get closer to The Show.
